We are a leading Robotics and Coding Academy that trains STEAM (Science – Technology – Engineering – Arts – Mathematics) and essential 21st century skills to students of the age 5 to 16 years old. We are rapidly expanding in Singapore and soon, across the region.
Now seeking candidates for the Customer Relations Officer position. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as ability to efficiently manage time and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Objective:
To provide outstanding customer service and administrative support to students, their parents and our working team at the academy.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Academy Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
Attend to customer inquiries face-to-face, as well as via phone and email;
Provide prompt assistance and ensure timely follow-up and closure;
Efficiently communicate and promote key features and benefits of the academy’s programs
Process student registrations and payments;
Conduct regular classroom inspection to ensure a safe learning environment and proper handling of teaching equipment;
Requirements:
A Level/Diploma or above;
Able to work on rotating shifts (5-day week)
Strong interpersonal and front-desk communication skills (in English);
Confident and tactful in managing customers’ inquiries and feedback;
A collaborative team player with strong people-oriented personality;
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work systematically;
Well-organised, able to multitask and meticulous;
Conscientious about following processes and academy’s regulations;
Well-versed in MS office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint);
Previous similar working experience is an advantage.
