Job Description

1. Coordinate interview

2. Scheduling appointment

3. Liaise with internal stakeholder

4. Maintain records of all recruitment related matters

5. Manage career fairs/job fairs calendars with local educational institutions

6. Able to prioritize and plan work activities, uses time efficiently

7. Will be exposed to try new things

8. Team collaboration in a dynamic professional environment


Requirements:

1. English fluent both written and verbal

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel , PowerPoint)

3. A strong commitment to high quality work and an interest in rapid learning and skill development

4. good communicator

5. ability to work under stress

6. you have the right to live and work in Singapore


successful candidate will receive SGD 1,100 allowance/month for fulltime internship
