Job Description

Position: Creative and Operations Interns

As a Kids Club Intern, you will be immersed in a multifaceted role that includes teaching, customer service, administration, and more. 

This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a diverse range of responsibilities, making it an ideal learning ground for individuals interested in child development, event management, and education. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Teaching: Assist in delivering exciting and educational classes for children in various age groups.

 Customer Service: Interact with parents and guardians, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the club.

Administration: Support the day-to-day operations, including managing registrations, and handling inquiries. 

Event Coordination: Contribute to the planning and execution of weekend parties, creating magical moments for our young guests. 

Offsite Classes: Attend offsite classes at locations such as international schools, broadening your exposure to different educational environments. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both children and parents. 
  • Ability to handle various responsibilities, from teaching to administrative tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 
  • Flexibility to attend offsite classes at other locations on specified days.
  • Ability to commit at least 1 weekend every week.

To Note:

  • Remuneration depends on education qualifications or prior professional experience
  • 5 day work week
  • Shift based work - either opening or closing shift (roster will only be released every Sunday)
  • Opening shift: 8.30AM - 5.30AM
  • Closing shift: 10.30AM - 7.30PM
