Impossible Marketing Pte Ltd – Service Manager

We are looking for a Service Manager to be part of our team. The role of a Service Manager is to support the onboarding of new customers. He or she will also assist the sales team to generate proposals and the account management team to generate reports.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the generation of Digital Marketing proposals for prospects

• Research and understand prospect’s business to assist with report generation (e.g. Audit Report)

• Work closely with Sales Team to ensure seamless onboarding for the new clients

• Handling and responding promptly to new and existing client’s email and phone enquiries

• Assisting client with miscellaneous service related enquiries

• Delivery of quality customer service/support to new and existing base of clients

• Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients

• Assist and support Account Managers for report generation

• Administrative work

• Performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• STRICTLY Singaporean or PR holder only

• Knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, SMM) is preferred

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Good verbal communication skill 

• Great with client management

• Possesses self-initiative, hardworking and responsible

• Resourceful, cheerful disposition with a positive working attitude
