Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Assist HR Director and HR Assistant Manager on HR-related projects

  • Creating and updating process flow.
  • Creating and updating of HR forms and templates.
  • Creating of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for HR.
  • Revamping of current hardcopy documents to an electronic version.
  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.

HR duties

  • Maintain human resource information system records and compile reports from the database.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding for various positions.
  • Generating HR documents and explaining to candidates.
  • Attend to any HR-related queries from the various department.
  • Provide support for payroll administration to ensure accuracy.
  • Active participation in the implementation and coordination of HR projects related to training & development and employee engagement.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment functions with the objective of fulfilling the organization’s manpower requirements.
