IMC Advisory Pte Ltd – Account Manager

We're now looking for individuals to fill up the position of Account Manager for IMC Advisory Pte Ltd. at the Singapore Office. IMC is a cross-border advisory firm focusing on the AMEA (Asia, Middle East & Africa) markets. We specialize in Corporate Advisory Services, Global Mobility Services, Private Client & Family Advisory, International Tax, Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Support & Outsourcing Solutions.  

 What will you be doing?

• Assist in Corporate Secretarial Work
• Handling Supply Chain & Trade Documentation for the clients
• Act as Nominee Director for Clients’ companies
• Liaise and coordinate with external authorities, including lawyer, ACRA, IRAS, MOM and other regulatory bodies
• Handle Client KYC and Onboarding Process
• Manage the Company’s payables & receivables
• RM for clients ensuring timely billing and collection of invoices
• Office Admin related assistance

What are we looking out for?

• At least 2+ years experience as an account manager, or similar role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Company secretarial experience in professional firms will be of advantage
• Fluent in English & Well Spoken/Written
• Social-First Mindset
• Extremely Detailed Oriented, Organized & Takes Initiatives
• Proficient with Social Media and Digital Platforms
