Job Title: Multimedia Designer
Tenure: Contract (June 2022 – Dec 2022)
The Opportunity
Image Engine is looking for a talented Multimedia Designer to create visually impressive moments that bring our message to life. The successful candidate will be a part of the Marketing team and work closely with members of the team, as well as other departments, to develop multimedia creative assets to support our marketing activities and event production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and design graphics and animations to the requirements of the campaigns or activities.
- Assist to conceptualise storyboard for video content and collaborate with external videographers to ensure video content delivers the brief.
- Collaborate with external photographers to deliver high-quality photographs for marketing purposes.
- Edit videos and images for use of marketing material or event production.
- Present data and statistics in digestible motion or still graphics (e.g.: post-event reports, animated or still infographics etc.)
- Ensure design consistency and brand standards are applied across all creatives.
- Manage timeline effectively and ensure work is delivered on time.
- Maintain quality of design and production throughout the execution of tasks.
- Execute ad-hoc designing and editing tasks to support other teams.
Knowledge, Personal Attributes & Skills:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience. A portfolio is required during the interview.
- Experience in the events, cybersecurity, and/or technology industry will be advantageous.
- Well-versed in Adobe suite of products – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effect etc.
- Able to create digital content through photography, short videos, GIFs, cinemagraphs, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint to assist in creating presentations.
- Organised, meticulous, creative, and have an eye for detail.
- Able to work independently, along with good initiative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
- In-tune with the latest specs, formats, and design trends across different media channels.
