I’m In – Part-time Retail Associate (Lingerie Brand)

The Role
You will be our retail team for I'M IN - www.iminxx.com experience store in Singapore at Funan; or Orchard Gateway; or East area. You will be the face of the brand, creating the best lingerie shopping experience for our customers.• Your role will include the fit, recommendations, measurements & product introduction of our lingerie. You will also need to ensure the store cleanliness, merchandise displays are in order, inventory & cashiering duties.• At I’M IN, we want to inspire women that are beautiful in any shape or size, and make them feel beautiful inside out.

Main Responsibilities
• Work with the store manager to drive store sales performance• Experience:• Create a fun, vibrant and stress-free shopping experience for our customers.• Greeting of customers and assist customers with the best shopping experience, fitting & recommendations.• Engage with our customers for product launches, events and workshops.• Housekeeping• Ensure good housekeeping in all areas of the store on a daily basis.• Inventory• Process incoming stocks, restocking, returns & stock taking.• Organize & maintain tidiness of stock room• Cashiering duties using POS system• Drive sales target

Requirements
• I’M IN brand retail associates that loves the brand and understand the importance of providing the best customer service.• A bubbly and friendly person! You can approach our customers at ease and create a conversation• Always maintain a good presentation of yourself• Sales motivated to hit sales target• A punctual and dependable person who can work independently and in a team.

Hours
• Part-time. Hourly remunerated with incentives.• Commit to at least 6 months & above

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $8.00 per hour

Experience:
• Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred but not required)
