I’M IN – Marketing Intern

Responsibilities:

• Grow & engage community on local owned social media platforms(Lemon8, Xiao Hong Shu, Instagram ) by planning, conceptualising and creating daily content.
• Support in the conceptualisation and execution of KOL engagements. This includes outreach, development of content ideas and formats, preparation of media kits, and end-to-end liaising. Manage timelines and prompt follow-ups with KOL.
• Monthly Marketing Report on KOL engagements with clippings, reach and insights. Propose suggestions & new ideas to improve performance on engagement, traffic & conversion rate.
• Monthly Performance Reports on Social Media channels with data analysis of content. Propose suggestions to improve performance on engagement, traffic & conversion rate.
• Organising and upkeep of internal trackers - PR tracker, expense tracker.
• Support Brand team on sales & marketing related campaigns.

Requirements:

• Able to commit full-time internship for a min of 6 months.
• Able to write & speak english and local language fluently.
• Possess strong interest in the job scope.
• Creative in finding solutions and solving problems.
• Producing high quality of work in an organised manner.
• Self-motivated and have an open mind to learn.
• Prior job experience in PR & Marketing or have worked in an e-commerce company will be a bonus.
• Ability to work independently in a small team and thrive in fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment while juggling multiple priorities.
