Especially in the days where you dread to face your nastiest boss, deal with the pickiest client or even stressed out for school/work. At times all we need is a little kick in the butt to remind us to think positive and nothing is impossible. I'M IN is your secret little power motivator!
The Role
You will be our pioneer team for I'M IN - www.iminxx.com, 1st ever experience store in Singapore at Orchard. You will be the face of the brand, creating the best lingerie shopping experience for our customers.
Your role will include the fit, recommendations, measurements & product introduction of our lingerie. You will also need to ensure the store cleanliness, merchandise displays are in order, inventory & cashiering duties.
At I’M IN, we want to inspire women that are beautiful in any shape or size, and make them feel beautiful inside out.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with the store manager to drive store sales performance
- Experience:
- Create a fun, vibrant and stress-free shopping experience for our customers.
- Greeting of customers and assist customers with the best shopping experience, fitting & recommendations.
- Engage with our customers for product launches, events and workshops.
- Housekeeping
- Ensure good housekeeping in all areas of the store on a daily basis.
- Inventory
- Process incoming stocks, restocking, returns & stock taking.
- Organize & maintain tidiness of stock room
- Cashiering duties using POS system
- Drive sales target
Requirements
- I’M IN brand ambassador thats loves the brand and understand the importance of providing the best customer service.
- A bubbly and friendly person! You can approach our customers at ease and create a conversation
- Always maintain a good presentation of yourself
- Sales motivated to hit sales target
- A punctual and dependable person who can work independently and in a team.
Hours
- Part-time
- Commit to at least 1 weekend
- Commit to at least 15 - 25 hours/week, minimum 2 rest days
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Salary: $8.00 /hour
