I’m In – Creative Intern

NBT ASIA PTE LTD is a Singapore-based retail and e-commerce company running the brand I'M IN.IMINXX.COM - I’M IN is a lingerie brand that designs, manufactures, and sells directly to the consumer via online and retail platforms at a value price. Based in Singapore and debuted in 2015, I’M IN was founded with a mission to inspire women all around the world with intimate wear. It has grown rapidly and established itself as a recognisable lingerie brand for women from all walks of life.

What you’ll be doing?

• Visual Design – Design compelling visual assets and graphics for digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, and web platforms.
• Content Creation & Posting – Shoot, edit, and post engaging graphics, videos and captions with compelling storytelling. Own the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring every piece aligns with the content pillars and content calendar.
• Creative Concepts – Experiment with bold, out-of-the-box ideas (eg.: BTS moments, interactive challenges, hidden Easter eggs—you name it) to excite and grow our community. 
• Photoshoot Art Direction – Scout locations, source models, and lead shoots to bring your creative vision to life.
• Content Strategy & Planning – Develop content pillars (eg. BTS, UGC, How-to, Try-ons etc.) that tailors to the brand’s voice and audience preferences. Maintain an updated monthly content calendar to ensure a steady stream of fresh & engaging content across all social platforms.

What we’re looking for?

• Experience – 2+ years in content creation, social media marketing, or a related field. No experience required for internship. Show us your portfolio—we want to see your magic!
• Professional Skills – Strong Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (eg. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign, After Effects etc.).
• Creative Eye – You have a knack for aesthetics, styling, and bringing ideas to life with visually stunning content.
• Platform-Savvy – You know Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms inside out—what works, what flops, and how to make content that hits.
• Hustle Mentality – Self-driven, full of fresh ideas, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You don’t wait for inspiration—you create it.
