Job Description

• Perform medi facial treatments, slimming, and firming maintenance treatments.
• Capable to use & apply aesthetic treatment machines
• Attend to client's needs and provide professional advice on pre and post-treatment care
• Ensure cleanliness of treatment room, thorough sterilization of equipment, and proper disposal of consumables
• Assist in scheduling and following up on clients’ appointments

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the medical spa industry.
• CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC, or other beauty-related qualifications
• Service-oriented and customer-focused
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Able to handle queries and concerns from English, Mandarin, and Putonghua speaking counterparts in regard with the translated documents related to matter
• Willing to work retail hours
