Iki Concepts Pte Ltd – F&B Service Crew / Server

Iki Concepts is a food and beverage company which owns and operates 4 brands in Singapore:

• YOSHI Restaurant, a kappo style kaiseki restaurant
• The Horse’s Mouth, an underground bar featuring tasty tipples and bites
• Uma Uma Ramen, a Hakata style fast-casual ramen restaurant
• Nozomi, a newly opened casual Japanese Restaurant

Part-time F&B Service Crew / Server X 5 Vacancies

We are looking for a motivated part-time F&B Service Crews to join our team. To excel in this position, you need a high level of customer service skills and a willingness to meet guests' needs quickly and politely.

Duties: 

• Greet guests and assist in seating them within the establishment.
• Introduction of our menus and products, with recommendations being made of requested.
• Assist with service of both food and beverages, from delivery on initial orders to clear of plates and glassware and refreshing of tables for the next group of guest arrivals.
• Assist with cashiering duties and collection of payments from customers
• Ensure that safe distancing measures and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to.
• Any other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant with a positive and approachable attitude
• Able to commit 4 days per week. At least 8 hours per day (excluding 2 hours break)
• Must be able to work on one weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
• Must be able to commit at least 3 months

Hourly Rate: $10.00 per hour
