Job Description
- Meeting, greeting, and biding guests farewell.
- Answer questions about menu items and making recommendations.
- Take food or beverages orders.
- Write guest food and beverage orders on order slips and enter orders into POS machine.
- Serve Food and beverage orders
- Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
- Collect payments from customers.
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Remove dishes and clean tables after guest have finished dining.
- Wash and polish cutlery
- Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, tidying up server station, taking out trash, or checking and cleaning bathroom when necessary.
- To render help to other outlets that may require assistance.
- Only Singaporean, SPR and LTVP holder (eligible for LOC application)
