Iki Concepts is a food and beverage company that owns and operates 3 brands in Singapore:
- YOSHI Restaurant, a kappo style kaiseki restaurant
- The Horse’s Mouth, an underground bar featuring tasty tipples and bites
- Nozomi, a newly opened casual Japanese Restaurant (3rd outlet opening soon)
Job Descriptions:
• Wash dishes, cutlery, cups, cooking tools, and cutting boards
• Put all the dishes, cutlery, cups, cooking tools, and cutting boards neatly back into their respective positions
• Remove trash and ensure that the trash bin is always clean
• Clean the kitchen floor, keep it dry and clean
• Ensure personal hygiene every time.
• Other temporary duties assigned by the chef
Work requirements:
• Able to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• from 12 pm to 9:00 pm (excluded 1-hour break)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (during peak hours)
• Make sure the dishwashing area is clean and tidy
• Assist other employees when necessary
• Salary from $10.00 to $12.00
• Meal Provided
• Monthly pay-out
