The Customer Experience Engineer internship role will be an integral part of Igloohome’s fulfillment strategy. You will be in charge of ensuring our customer success from the time they make the purchase to after getting the igloohome smart lock installed at their property. On top of that, with a dynamic startup culture, you will be given various opportunities to work on projects with the team on various value creation work ranging from Strategic to Tactical across the different departments.
Work to be done
- Work directly with the Operations Manager to support B2B and B2C operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia
- Technical in person engineering support for B2B and B2C customer - including on-site visits and troubleshooting
- Online / Remote Phone technical support and enquiries
- Ad-hoc Value Creation projects that can be Strategic or Tactical to the Startup's operations
Skills:
- Exceptional organisation, planning and administration skills.
- Highly computer literate: confident and proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, punctual, reliable, able to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent written and spoken (face to face and phone) communication skills.
- Ability to show initiative in developing the role and to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work flexibly in a small team, building strong day-to-day relationships with colleagues.
- Able to manage a varied workload, balancing scheduled tasks with requests for assistance from the team, which may have short deadlines.

- Optional: Programming skills or basic understanding of programming is a plus
