Work to be done
- Liaise and coordinate with local and overseas key accounts to provide end to end support
- Implement B2B fulfilment processes
- Simplify account onboarding experience
- Conduct training and knowledge sessions for sales and operations team
- Consolidate features request for product management team
- Other business development support and requests
Skills & Requirements
- Strong oral and communication skills, possess intellectual curiosity and excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to solve problems in a timely fashion
- Takes initiative in the role, and is able to think outside the box
- Time management and structured thinking
- Preferred: Experience in Account Management, Sales, Operations, or similar roles
- Preferred: Bilingual (English Mandatory + 1 SEA Language)
