Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Solutions & Operations Intern to support both operations and client-facing initiatives. This role offers a mix of fund administration, reporting, and compliance exposure, combined with marketing and client solutions support.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Reporting
  • Assist in fund operations: NAV preparation, subscription/redemption processing, compliance checks.
  • Maintain records on loans, repayments, and client subscriptions.
  • Support coordination with banks, auditors, and other service providers.
• Client Solutions & Marketing
  • Help prepare pitch decks, factsheets, and email communications to prospect and investors.
  • Plan, organise and implement client events, marketing initiatives, and communications.
  • Draft content for LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Assist with CRM updates and client data tracking.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Finance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (bonus: Canva, Salesforce CRM, or digital marketing tools).
• Interest in financial services, client engagement, and business operations.
• Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
