  • To provide administrative support to the Engineering Support Department
  • To improve Engineering Support workflow and processes
  • To explore new business opportunities
  • Provide day-to-day customer service support and administrative duties in engineering department
  • Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper and digital format
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of Engineering Support Department
  • Update CRM system for preventive maintenance & repair work order
  • Carries out general administrative duties

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
  • Strong engineering and IT knowledge
  • Good organizational and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently, multi-task and work under tight schedule pressure
  • Possess good communication skills and effective organisational skills
  • Meticulous person and have a flair for details as well as possess critical thinking ability
