Job Description

Responsibilities 

Under the supervision of the Technology Director, the intern will work daily to support the operations and IT procedures related to the ICC Academy’s systems and tools, especially the Learning Management System (LMS) and other systems related.

Specific duties include:

  • Support the main systems and related activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the ICC Academy
  • Serve as technical support and help desk to the ICC Academy customers for technical queries/customer care
  • Perform administrative data entry and client databases (Excel)
  • Support users, analyze issues and research/implement resolutions. Typical issues may include: Access to courses, assessments, reports; Course malfunction; Link malfunction; Issues with web browser settings; Record issues on reporting software etc.
  • Help upload and test courses and/or assessments on the main LMS
  • Support ongoing evaluation of all systems’ ability to meet the needs of the ICC Academy


Experience  

Within the context of the role described above, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key capabilities:

  • Experience with cloud-based systems
  • Experience as support of a customer-facing system
  • Strong written and verbal communication, excellent documentation skills
  • Proficient with Excel


Language requirements 

The candidate must speak, read and write English fluently. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
