After the two years, there will be a shift in your job scope as you begin leading a team of your own.
During the two years as a Management Associate, you’d be guided through the job operations. Some of the skills you will develop are;
•Acquiring and servicing clients
•Expanding on your client base
•Implementation of financial strategy for corporate and individual clients
•Mentoring and managing new team
Requirements
- Min 21 years old
- A level, Diploma from local polytechnic, International Baccalaureate Diploma or Degree from local or private institution in any field.
- Males must have completed NS
- Comfortable with providing financial services solutions to clients
- Singaporean or PR only
