AMinVISIBLE is an impact-driven media agency specialising in storytelling campaigns. We produced the Do You See Me? showcase in 2022 and 2023, gaining regional media attention, and have partnered with established brands to deliver advocacy campaigns focused on mental health and vulnerable communities, including seniors and persons with disabilities.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing/Storyteller intern for this exciting role to scale our impact.  

This is an initiative supported by National Youth Council (NYC)  internship program.
Only applicable for Singaporean and PR 17-25 years old.

Job Description

Internship Role: Digital Marketing 

About The Role: 

Are you a Storyteller?

If you have a flair to craft and design exciting content on our social media platforms to drive reach and engagement, this is the opportunity that you are looking for! 

In this collaborative, entry-level role, you will get hands-on experience in end-to-end execution and management of digital marketing campaigns. You will get to engage with various stakeholders from varied causes ranging from Mental Health, PWDs, Arts & Heritage and Seniors to tell their stories to impact and shift mindset. The ideal candidate will have graphic design and copywriting skills, a social media expert who is familiar with the latest trends to execute innovative and strong campaigns and strategies for different social media platforms like Insta, Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok and LinkedIn.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

1. Social Media Management 

Oversee and manage social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Linkedin and TikTok. 

2. Audience Engagement 

Strategize and implement plans to engage audiences and grow followers. 

3. Copywriting 

Write compelling copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral. 

4. Content Creation 

Assist in designing and creating written, video, and image content for marketing channels. 

5. Strategic Planning 

Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions. 


Learning Objectives & Outcomes

1. To be exposed to managing and optimizing social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.2. To be able to create, schedule, and manage content calendars to maintain consistent brand presence across platforms.3. To apply audience engagement strategies to grow and retain followers through targeted content and community management.4. To participate in marketing brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaign planning and execution.5. To learn how to craft compelling copy for social media posts, promotional materials, and other marketing content.6. To gain knowledge in content creation, including developing written, visual, and video materials tailored for different platforms.

 

Requirement: 

 1. Excellent written copy and communication skills. 2. Experience in content creation and management of social media platforms. 3. Proficient in designing, video editing and photography is a huge plus. 4. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe photoshop, premiere), DaVinci, Canva 5. Creative, positive attitude in learning.

Learning Objectives & Outcomes: 

1. Exposure to Digital Marketing 

Gain hands-on experience in the development, production, and implementation of digital marketing delivery methods, including email, events, and social media marketing.

2. Social Media Management 

Acquire hands-on experience in editing and producing photos and videos for diverse social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, honing skills in content creation and audience engagement. 

3. Stakeholder Engagement 

Engage with diverse stakeholders involved in various causes for storytelling campaigns. 

4. Marketing Strategy Participation 

Engage in marketing brainstorming sessions to gain insights into strategic planning and contribute ideas, fostering a deeper understanding of effective marketing practices. 

5. Copywriting Skills 

Learn how to write compelling copy tailored for target audiences across different social media platforms and mediums. 

6. Design Skills 

Develop skills in designing collaterals tailored for target audiences across various social media platforms and mediums.
