I WAS HERE PTE LTD champions the creation of WOWWOWWOW as a concept that brings art creations and art ownerships together to form a new and untapped synergy.
Multi-disciplinary in approach, WOWWOWWOW aspires to make Singapore Art and Design more accessible and to bring art and design into a greater myriad of spaces.
As a producing platform, WOWWOWWOW manages and collaborates with creative talents to create greater exposure for their creative output. At the same time, it creates the platform for greater participation in the arts and designs through emphasis on education, co-creation and active ownership of the art and design making process.

Pros: - Location Tech is an extremely interesting space to work in, that plays a crucial role across mutiple industry verticals, one gets a chance to work with some of the largest brands across Automotive, Mobility, E Commerce - Balanced work-life, good perks - Flexibility to move and grow within the organization to different roles and geographies, the company goes the extra mile to support employees with the transitions. There are also mutiple informal programs such as Mentor-ship, where one can pair with senior employee to gain guidance and accelerate learning and growth path - In my span of over 10 years at HERE, I have moved across 3 countries, taking up roles with increased responsibilities, worked with some very talented and welcoming colleagues, found some great mentors, and made some very good friends
Cons: - There is often too much to digest and process as typical for most Hi-Tech companies, but once that's done, every day can be very rewarding in terms of problems one can solve for customers and end consumers
