Recruiting company which streamlines and automates recruitment processes for clients whilst maintaining the essential human element of every recruitment process.

• We welcome undergraduates and fresh graduates
• Hands-on experience with the selection process (video/phone interviewing etc.)
• Source and recruit through databases and job portals by screening resumes and job applications to filter out candidates
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Build rapport and establish good relationships with potential candidates to act as a point of contact
• Willing to learn, be open-minded and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• At least a full certificate in GCE ‘A’ Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent.
• 20 and above
