Content Marketing Intern - Video & Design

The Opportunity
This isn't a "make coffee and watch from the sidelines" internship.
You'll create videos that generate client inquiries. You'll design graphics that sell properties. You'll see exactly how your creative work translates into engagement, leads, and closed deals.

What You'll Do
Create Content That Converts (60%)
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube (property tours, market insights, client stories)
- Design property marketing graphics, carousel posts, and ad creatives
- Capture photo/video at viewings and client events
- Develop templates and brand assets
Learn Strategy (25%)
- Daily collaboration with Linden and the team
- Participate in strategy sessions and campaign planning
- Study what makes content perform (engagement, conversions, brand building)
- Apply feedback to level up fast
- Build a professional portfolio with premium client projects
Collaborate & Contribute (15%)
- Brainstorm campaigns with the team
- Attend viewings and client meetings
- Communicate proactively about projects and timelines
- Suggest improvements (we actually listen)
What Success Looks Like
First 30 Days:
- Deliver quality content with minimal revisions
- Meet output expectations consistently
- Understand our brand voice and target audience
By 60 Days:
- Produce content that drives engagement and supports client acquisition
- Work efficiently with faster turnaround
- Demonstrate strategic thinking
By 90 Days:
- Contribute to growth and lead generation goals
- Own specialized skills ready for full-time roles
- Have a portfolio showcasing premium work
What You Bring
Must-Haves
Education:
Must have completed a degree or diploma in Design, Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field (other fields considered if portfolio is strong)
Recent graduates welcome (no minimum years of experience required)
Technical Skills:
- Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut (working proficiency)
- Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro (working proficiency)
- Social Media: Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook formats
Equipment:
- Laptop capable of running Adobe Creative Cloud (16GB RAM minimum recommended)
Work Requirements:
- Available for office-based work with occasional WFH flexibility for editing/production
- Flexible for occasional evening/weekend viewings and events
- Able to commit to full 6-month period
Mindset:
- Professional English communication (written and verbal)
- Self-directed within collaborative environment
