Freshers or experienced professionals passionate about corporate training industry who can help us with our admin activities.  

Responsibilities:

• Classroom management 
• Handling  student enrolments
• Updating the schedules
• Attending to inquiries/emails from customers
• Integrating with partner companies for courseware, trainers, etc.
• Planning overseas trainers' schedules and helping with their logistics/accomodation
• Willingness to handle adhoc admin activities sometimes after office hrs if need arises
• interested in growing the company's business in terms providing best services

Requirements:

• Experienced in education industry or no experience
• Smart professional with quick learning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to front end the office activities
• Act like a brand ambassador for the company
• Willingness to multi task achievement oriented
• Singaporean or PR
