Health Care & Co is expanding its business into Singapore, and we are looking to grow our local team with *Medical Sales Representative*.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to spearhead our medical sales efforts in Singapore. This role involves promoting medical products and services particularly those linked to Elderly & Chronic Care, Corporate Wellness, Private Healthcare Seekers, Families / General Market, Institutional Buyers, Government / Public Sector. You will actively identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support post-sales service when required.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities – a true hunter mentality.

- Promote and sell medical products/services related to healthcare.

- Manage and grow relationships with clinics, corporate clients, and healthcare partners.

- Adaptability to manage and support a wide range of medical and healthcare products

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business units and functions

- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.

- Support basic product troubleshooting or servicing, where required.

- Track sales performance using CRM tools and provide regular reports.

- Stay updated on industry developments, competitors, and customer needs.

- Ensure compliance with all local healthcare regulations and internal SOPs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Nursing, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.

- Fast learner with a hands-on attitude—comfortable picking up basic product servicing.

- Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

- Ability to understand Cantonese is a plus, but not essential to effectively communicate with Cantonese-speaking clients

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

- Must be able to travel overseas when required

Preferred Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field

- 1–3 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare, or related industry

- Familiarity with common medical equipment (e.g., diagnostic, orthopedic, or surgical tools)

- Good understanding of regulatory guidelines (e.g., HSA, ISO 13485, GDPMDS)

- Familiarity with Singapore's healthcare system and clinic networks.

- Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Base Salary up to $4000 depending on experience
