Job Description
- Implementation of wireless product projects in Singapore
- Involved in Wireless / NodeB installation, commissioning and/or integration
- Network capacity management - performance monitoring and optimization
- LTE/WCDMA signalling messages tracing and analyzing
- Site survey and site hardware solution design
- Site acceptance test and installation guidelines preparation
- Design eNodeB site On Air flow, On Air preparation check (EPC check, script generation, materials check
- Project team and subcontractor coordination, onsite supervision and troubleshoot
- Responsible for project tasks assigned and to handle the tasks well within the given schedules
- Responsible to report and escalate all issues to higher management.
- Provide technical support assistance to Huawei's customer network.
- To provide customer support and complete tasks within the given SLA
