- Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparation of tender quotations including taking off, materials and costing.
- Submission of progress claim on target deadline.
- Prepare VO & Submission.
- Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings.
- Responsible for coordination with clients, suppliers and other parties.
- Assisting in Settlement of final account.
- All other duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying
- High proficiency with MS Excel and Word
- Matured with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Prefer to Chinese Malaysian/Singaporean/PR
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,500.00 to $2,800.00 /month
