Job Description

i) Tendering
Assist in arranging for the collection and submission of tender documents
Assist to prepare contract documentation
Assist to prepare relevant tender documents and information to submit for tender
ii) Contracts Administration
Provide administrative support and maintain all required project information throughout each project for claim purposes
Assist to ensure that the claim data is up-to-date and comprehensive
Assist to evaluate subcontractor invoices and claims at regular intervals to ensure subcontractor invoices are accurate and in compliance with subcontract terms and conditions
Carry out other adhoc duties as assigned
