What you will be exposed to:

• Support recruitment initiatives and onboarding process
• Assist in organizing events for internal employees
• Provide support for payroll monthly timesheet
• Maintain proper filing system, including data management and file sharing
• Provide full spectrum of administrative support to HR Business Partners

• Able to commit to more than 3 months
• Are self-confident and good at English communication
• Are resourceful and fast in getting information
