HR Focus – Accounting Assistant

An automotive industry which owned a high end branded car, provide service portfolio includes new and used car sales, parts and accessories sales as well as service and maintenance.

Mon to Fri: 0900 hrs to 1815 hrs

One Sat/per month: 0900 hrs to 1300 hrs

• Handle sales and purchases journal
• Issue invoices and process payment plus refund 
• Compile LTA forms and submit online 
• Posting of bank-in slips, credit cards and NETs payment 
• Posting of temporary transfer of ownership charges and all payment vouchers related to car sales 
• Computing commission 
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assign

Requirements:

• Min Nitec/Cert in Accountancy/Business Administration OR Equivalent 
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Meticulous in details and work independently 
• OJT provided
