House of 28 – Retail Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the shop and to ensure that the products are well-presented and in accordance with brand and visual-merchandising identity.
• Actively work with garments - replenishing, folding, hanging, tidying, displaying, and merchandising.
• Follow up on sales routines, policies and guidelines and ensure sales target are exceeded.
• Recognize sales opportunities and maximize the revenue.
• Work closely with Store Operations team on stocks related activities.
• Adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion retail.
• Presentable, energetic, self-motivated and a team player.
• Experience in concierge services is a plus.
• Able to commit retail hours (5 days' work week on retail working hours at 44 hours per week).
• People-oriented and possess a positive working attitude.
