Job Description

Job Description

We are seeking an AI Operations Intern to support our technical and operational teams in building, deploying, and maintaining AI-driven solutions across multiple ventures. This role bridges strategy, operations, and applied AI — providing you with hands-on experience in workflow automation, data handling, and model management. You don't need to be a machine learning engineer; we're looking for someone organized, curious, and eager to work at the intersection of AI and operations. You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and founders to ensure smooth operations of AI systems and pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML workflows, including data preprocessing, model training, and deployment — or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Python, SQL, or Jupyter Notebooks.
  • Comfortable working with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and automation tools.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to document processes, track experiments, and manage version control (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you'll often be the connective tissue between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, or AI model monitoring is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support AI model operations, from data collection to deployment and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with engineers and analysts to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain datasets, documentation, and experiment tracking systems.
  • Assist in quality assurance for AI models, identifying performance issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-team communications to ensure operational readiness for AI launches.
  • Monitor production AI systems, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose fixes or optimizations.
  • Research emerging AI tools and operational frameworks to enhance team productivity.
