- Job Description
- Perform troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical hardware (desktop and laptop) and software issues
- Perform troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access problems for end-users
- Identify and escalate issues that required urgent attention.
- Taking initiative on technical skills and self-learning
- Knowledge in MS O365, installation and troubleshooting.
- Performing setup and roll out of new software and hardware
- Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time.
- Managing technical documentation
