Job Description
1. Contractor will provide first level IT technical support to various Social Enterprises which includes but not limited to stores and perform other daily IT operational tasks as assigned.
2. You will also work with technology vendors to facilitate purchase, repair and maintenance of computers and other IT equipment and undertake other support tasks assigned by the Help-desk Manager.
3. The technologies to be supported includes Microsoft Windows, Linux, PDAs, PCs/notebooks/printers, wireless access points, router/switch, SAP, web-based applications etc.
4. Working history of minimum 1 year and above as IT Help-desk within an organization.
5. Willing to work on rotating shift
6. Willing to work when necessary
7. Willing to work on Public Holiday and Weekends
8. Ability to carry of load between 10 to 15kg
9. Willing to travel to Benoi (Joo Koon)
Contract Term : 1 year
Working Hours : 44 hours per week, 5 days week. Cover 24x7 operations inclusive of weekends and Public Holidays.
Fresh Graduate or Candidate with 1 year experience can apply.
