Hoow Foods is a Singapore food technology startup specializing in the research and development of healthy and sustainable products using RE-GENESYS, our proprietary reformulation technology.
We are looking for a Marketing and Design intern to support our marketing efforts in line with our mission of reformulating the food system to create a healthier world. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with our team to run marketing, branding and PR, where they will play a role in shaping our brand marketing, content creation, design and creative, and more.
Preferred duration is 6 months and allowance is negotiable in the SGD700-900 range based on experience. Part time work alongside studies is okay but not preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-develop marketing strategies with a focus on creative/design aspects
- Supporting marketing initiatives from start to finish
- Assist with product development and new product launches
- Work closely with internal teams as well as external parties (e.g. suppliers) to implement marketing strategies
- Writing and designing interesting content to be used across channels such as press releases, opinion pieces, and more
- Assist with other creative/design oriented tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Experienced in the basics of Marketing/Design, relevant internship experience(s), part time work, or coursework, is valued
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (or other graphic design software)
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
- Strong project management, multi-tasking and decision-making skills
- Possess attention to detail, creativity and enjoy brainstorming sessions
- Great collaboration and communication skills
