Section A: Objectives/Purpose of the Job
The CRM Intern will work alongside CRM (outbound marketing team) to uncover deep insights across entire customer journey after he subscribes to HOOQ.
The candidate needs to be data and metrics oriented and possess a solid flair for data and uncovering patterns lying somewhere inside data waiting to be discovered.
The role requires extensive use of MS Excel for running ad-hoc analysis. If the candidate has SQL understanding it would be an added advantage.
Section B: Key Responsibilities & Learning Areas
Use your analytical skills to generate key insights for countries which will be used to solve business problems, deliver on business strategy and drive key metrics.
Work with stakeholders (Marketing team and each country team) to understand business objectives and deep dive CRM campaign performance which is analysed at both customer and campaign level to identify the opportunities to drive higher engagement and uplift in key business metrics
Work alongside the business analyst in the team and work with them to perform guided/ad-hoc analysis) at customer behavior/campaign level performance in detail and derive / share actionable insights.
