Over the years, we have been involved in & have completed projects across a wide variety of fields covering all sectors such as commercial office buildings, educational & institutional buildings, religious buildings, residential building, hotels, warehouses, civil & infrastructure facilities and recreational development.

Key Learning Objectives & Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Monitoring: Assist in daily site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Document progress using site logs, photos, and videos 

• Technical Design Support: Help review design briefs, drawings, and reports for infrastructure projects (e.g., buildings, roads, bridges). Assist in preparing bills of quantities and bar bending schedules using software like AutoCAD or Civil 3D 

• Quality Control & Testing: Participate in material testing (e.g., concrete slump tests, soil sampling) and ensure compliance with industry standards 

• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to track progress, identify risks, and support resource allocation 

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze site data to assist in creating progress reports, environmental assessments, and technical documentation 

• Professional Development: Gain exposure to project management tools, GIS software, and sustainable construction practices
