We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic entry level position for an individual looking to build their experience and CV.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure all events are produced efficiently, profitably and within budget, whilst providing the highest level of customer service and attention to detail.
• Attending events such as product launches, exhibitions and concerts 

• Logistics for company events 

• Assisting with marketing materials and sales reports
• Update and maintain internal databases and client records.
• Support the Events Manager with coordination and execution of events.
• Brainstorming / coordination / execution of events.

Requirements

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Multi-tasker, who can manage multiple projects and expectations.
• Highly analytical, organised and detailed oriented.
• Able to think strategically and creatively.
• Function well in team environment.
