We’re launching a new beauty, health, and wellness brand and are looking for a Social & Video Intern to support its digital presence. This role is perfect for a creative with a passion for beauty, wellness, and content creation, especially short-form video.
You’ll work closely with the Honeycombers team to bring our content strategy to life, from ideation and filming to post-production, while gaining hands-on experience in event-led social media.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Support the launch and growth of the brand’s Instagram and TikTok accounts
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, execution, and daily engagement (Reels, Carousels, Stories, responding to DMs and comments, building community)
- Repurpose existing Honeycombers wellness content into brand-friendly formats, adapting natively for Instagram and TikTok
- Pinpoint trends and pitch Instagram-first content ideas relevant to beauty and wellness (writing hooks, A/B testing angles, studying viral formats)
- Track weekly performance metrics and contribute to content optimisation based on insights
Video & Editing
- Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, interviews, BTS, expert snippets)
- Assist in pre-production planning for filming days, including shot lists and scripts
- Support basic video editing, subtitles, and formatting for socials
- Capture video and photo content during brand events
- Create TikTok-native versions of Instagram content
Influencers, Experts & Giveaways
- Assist with research and outreach for KOLs and wellness/beauty experts
Help plan and execute growth campaigns and giveaways, including drafting mechanics, coordinating brand partners, and tracking results
Event & Team Support
- Contribute to pre-event promotional strategies and content creation
- Support on-ground content needs during events
- Assist with post-event coverage and content creation
Who We’re Looking For
- Currently studying or recently graduated in media, communications, marketing, or related fields
- Strong interest in beauty and wellness content
- Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Strong copywriting instincts for hooks and captions
- Social-media savvy, especially on Instagram and TikTok
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Bonus: On-camera confidence and experience working with creators and influencers
