HomeKongMart – eCommerce Assistant

HOMEKONGMART is a leading e-store specialise in Hong Kong products, by bringing a HOME feeling closer to anyone who loves the city. It also functions as a marketing agency to work across with different influencers, corporate account, HK brands company and others potential partners.

Working hour: 1pm - 6pm, Weekdays / Weekends (Any 4 days)
If there's no packing required, can work from home.

• Maintain stock & inventory in the warehouse
• Receiving / issuing stock and updating stock into inventory system
• Process and pack for online orders
• Address online customer enquiries
• Social media (IG / FB / Google) content creation
• Assist with the delivery and cross border logistics arrangements
• Running errands and any other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirement:

• Minimum "O" level or equivalent
• Great interpersonal, multitasking and communication skill
• Ability to follow through daily task
• Meticulous and tidiness and physically fit
• Experience in logistic / e-commerce is a bonus
• Literacy in English & Chinese 
• Computer literate in google and online commerce software
