Duties and Expectations
Home Quarters is looking for fun and passionate people who are keen to explore real estate videography and video editing working in a young and dynamic team!
All you need to have is
-A passion for video producing and video editing
-Be adequately trained and constantly upgrade in all aspects of filming, editing, visual effects, colour grading, and sound design.
-Never miss deadlines, complete in advance whenever possible.
-Have a passion for creative storytelling through videos
-Working experience in videography and video editing
-Physically fit for outdoor shootings and able to operate and make use of video equipment such as camera gimbal, studio lights, green screen, Sony family of Camera etc.
-Source for royalty-free music suitable for respective projects.
-Flexibility in taking on different production roles when required.
-Work independently, as well as part of a team to establish project deliverables.
-Be a professional representative of the company when out on shoots and when corresponding with clients’ requests.
-Clean and maintain the company’s production assets and equipment.
-Think steps ahead and provide solutions should any production problem arises.
-Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/SFX, media management and archiving project media.
-Manage video library.
-Manage sound and music library.
Requirements:
-Passion and desire to succeed in video production/filmmaking is an absolute must.
-Preferred Skill(s): Shooting, Editing, Photography
-Software Knowledge: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audacity or similar program
-Ability to work in a high-stress environment at all times.
