Role Description
Homage is seeking a Community Engagement Intern to work with the people at the heart of Homage: our Care Professionals. Working in the Engagement team, you will play an important role in building strong relationships and managing the community of Care Professionals. You will also be responsible for ensuring that each touchpoint across our Care Professional's journey is enjoyable and engaging.
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing both online and offline events and campaigns to maintain engagement between Homage and our Care Professionals
- Planning and developing content and communications on Homage's CRM tools to increase Care Pro engagement and development
- Monitor specific metrics to track overall happiness and experience of Care Professionals and recommend ways to improve
- Support in planning and deployment of new outreach methods to Care Professionals
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or any other related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, customer-centric focused
- Ability to multitask and prioritize activities efficiently, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Photo and video editing skills are a plus (Canva, iMovie, Adobe Cloud apps)
