Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing product information, style recommendations, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience.
2. Sales:Actively promote and upsell our apparel and accessories, striving to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Visual Merchandising: Maintain visual presentation standards by arranging merchandise and creating appealing displays.
4. Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing stock to ensure the store is well-stocked and products are readily available.
5. Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and process payments.
6. Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized, including fitting rooms, to enhance the shopping environment.
7. Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the management team for continuous improvement.
