HokuApps – Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Main Role: Recruit people for various roles for both the local and overseas branches of the company
• Champion and launch strong employer branding initiatives and projects locally and regionally
• Activate and support campus engagement campaigns to attract students to HokuApps 
• Manage, coordinate and support the end-to-end process of talent acquisition locally 
• Support the recruitment, selections and onboarding of new young talents such as interns to create great employees’ experiences
• Coordinate the learning interventions, initiatives and administration work

The types of roles you will be recruiting for falls into the following areas:

• Customer Success Specialist 
• Accounts Management Executive 
• Applications Testing Engineer

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting would be preferred
• Experience in hiring fresh graduates would be a plus but not compulsory 
• Passion and openness to build people, network and collaborate with different stakeholders
• Comfortable interacting with new people on a regular basis 
• Creative and innovative mind (we want your bright ideas!)
• High energy level and committed to the role of a recruiter
