Job Description

Who We're Looking For
Someone who loves
- to wear multiple hats
- everything that surrounds a startup
- from meeting new people to solving challenging problems

Primary Tasks
Backend management of Airfrov's user interface, payment and logistic gateway systems
Receiving customers when they come by the Airfrov office to deposit/collect items.
Be the bridge between requestors & travellers & to deliver happiness the Airfrov way.

Secondary Tasks
Assist the CEO in handling daily bookkeeping, financial reporting, modelling and any finance-related research and upkeep.
Assist the team in any accounting, claims and as well as any accounting automation.

Training
Hands-on training will be provided for the management of the company's backend systems, handling Airfrov's integrated customer service platform (Zendesk), and working with the company's payment and logistics partners.
This is just the icing on the cake. What you'll really learn is the daily hustle and thinking on your feet with the founding team, on how to make an impact.

Contract Period
A minimum commitment period of 2 months is required. Applicants with a 3-6 months commitment period are preferred. We are looking at Candidate who can start work in July 2017.

Working Hours 
Airfrov operating hours are Weekdays 8.30 am - 7.30 pm, Saturdays 9.30 am - 5 pm. You will be required to take shift work of 44 hours a week.
