Key Responsibilities
Assist with fulfilling and packing customer orders from various e-commerce platforms
Manage and update product listings across online marketplaces
Support day-to-day e-commerce operations and inventory coordination
Assist in general marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and content creation
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction
Perform administrative and operational support duties when required
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Canva skills will be an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
Interest in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing is preferred
Internship Details
Full-time internship
Duration: 4–6 months
Paid internship
On-site role based in Bukit Batok, Singapore
