Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare certification according to customers’ requirements
• To check incoming goods tally with Delivery Order
• Assist in shipping documents Coordinate between operations and marketing
• Administration work for marketing department
• Source for quotation from local and overseas forwarder
• Administrative duties to include EHS & ISO documentation 
• Other ad-hoc duties delegated by reporting officer

Experience/qualifications requirements

• Minimum ‘O’ Levels
• Responsible, meticulous and possess positive working attitude
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Cheerful, pleasant personality and service-oriented.
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply under requirements
• On Job Training will be provided
