Job Description
  • Support with recruitment process.
  • Organize and updating employee records and files.
  • Support in HR document digitization and filing.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Support in employee engagement activities.
  • Support in training and development programs for employees.
  • Support in incoming mails and outgoing mails
  • Support to other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned

 

Required Skills & Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Human Resources.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
